How to Measure at Home

Use a strip of paper
Cut a thin strip of paper or string about 15 cm long.

Wrap around your finger
Wrap it snugly around the base of your finger — not too tight, not too loose.

Mark the overlap
Mark where the paper overlaps with a pen.

Measure & compare
Measure the length in mm, then find it in our size chart.

- 1Measure in the evening — fingers swell slightly during the day.
- 2If between sizes, go up to the larger size.
- 3Wider bands fit tighter — size up by ½ for wide bands.
