The price depends on the design, metal and diamonds you choose. There is no separate design fee — you only pay for the piece itself. We share a detailed quote before any work begins.
Most custom pieces are ready within 3 to 4 weeks after you approve the final design. Intricate or bridal pieces can take longer, and we will tell you the timeline upfront.
Yes. We send you a 3D render within 48 hours of agreeing the brief, and nothing goes into production until you are happy with it.
We can work from your inspiration to create something in a similar spirit, adapted to your stones and budget. We do not copy another jeweller's protected designs.
Yes. Custom pieces ship free and fully insured, the same as everything else in our collection.
